With over 17 years of experience spanning fintech, SaaS, healthcare, pharma, AI, and financial services, I’ve supported organizations at every stage — from early-stage startups to global enterprises. My background includes leading core People functions such as HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, DEIB, People Operations, and Workplace Strategy, as well as broader functions like Global Business Operations and IT.
