With over 17 years of experience across HR and business leadership, I’ve worked with organizations ranging from global enterprises like BlackRock and McKesson to high-growth tech companies including LendingClub, Quantcast, and Boundless. My background spans core People disciplines - HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, DEIB, and People Operations - as well as business functions like global operations and strategic planning.

I founded Propel Advisory Partners to help companies move with greater clarity, resilience, and alignment; especially during moments of change or scale. Through Propel, I’ve partnered with leaders to shape culture, build high-performing teams, and align people strategy with business goals. My work includes helping clients rethink organizational structure, embed leadership capability, and adopt intentional approaches to growth, including redefining roles, managing team shape and size, and driving talent density across key functions.
